If you want it, go for it! I got mine when I was 19. Unfortunately, it didn't heal right so I had to remove it. The scar is so tiny, you can't even tell. As long as you've thought about it, and researched a good place, it's your call!

If you want it go for it, the good thing about piercings is you can take them out, I've had several (including my face) and you can't tell at all. What the worst that could happen :)
