What is the best eyeliner for cat eye look.

Are you just wanting to use an eye pencil. if so, rimmel Kahl eyeliner pencils are great. smooth and stays put. I personally like gel liner for cat eye. it's smooth and easier to use than liquid for me.

I'm not big on the pencils especially for the wing liner look I use a liquid liner always for my top lash line I sometimes use a pencil for the bottom usually macs eye khol in feline, it stays pretty well (:

I like liquid pens better for a winged liner - because you can do it in one sweeping motion and get it super quick - so I like the KVD tattoo liner liquid felt tip pen - but if you want to use a pencil then I like the UD 24/7 liners.

Oh I use the Inglot 77 every time and if I need to sharpen the edge, I'll either use the KVD liquid or a brush with concealer. You can't beat that Inglot liner. :)

I love the liquid liner felt pens. They give you the definition and control you need to perfect the look
