I have Rihanna hair like this... Any idea how to curl hair with fringe.

Is what Lisa posted a good amount of curl? If so, the trick is to separate and slightly curl the bangs too so they don't look pin straight.
If you could be more specific on what you want, we could help out some more. :D
I personally think that a pin straight fringe with super ringlety hair looks somewhat odd, maybe a bit dated. Like this picture of Kathy Griffin.

But look at the difference here! I like that Lisa posted example pictures of Zooey Deschanel because I think her bangs are always top notch!
