I like pastels for spring, light coral, mint, lilac, etc. As for growing your nails, you cannot make them grow any faster than they grow when they are at their healthiest. Make sure you use a base coat, use gloves when doing dishes, and use cuticle oils before bed. This will keep nails healthy and growing. Hope this helps :)

OK thank you. I will try a light coral or a mint as I am a dancer and don't want nothing to dark. I will try some cutical oil. where can I buy some?

Sally hansen has a nice cuticle oil and care system, I believe most major drugstores carry Sally Hansen, but I could be mistaken :)

As gross as it sounds I put garlic on my nails to make them strong and grow. You can by a polish that has garlic in it or add garlic to your base coat which is what I do

Applying a cuticle oil will help the growth. I like sally hansens vitamin e oil. For colors I think mint green, baby pink, lilac. (:

I will definitely try the garlic thing to help them grow. I have seen a lot of people doing that over youtube but never thought it would work. thank's Viviana.
