When it's hot and you have oily skin I always find that less is best - instead of foundation try a bb cream - use as little powder as possible - because it just cakes up when it's hot with oily skin - and at night use an oil to replace your moisturizer to give your skin the oil it wants and make it produce less oil throughout the day - I like jojoba oil personally - it's a lightweight oil that absorbs into the skin without clogging pores - that usually helps me out during those hot summer days - also invest in waterproof products - I find that allows everything to stay on through the heat - for concealer I like the MUFE full cover its waterproof - and you can wear it over your bb cream to cover areas that need more coverage - if you would rather use foundation I would suggest the MUFE mat velvet - it's lightweight medium to full coverage that keeps you matte - sorry I know these aren't the brands you mentioned but you can buy them at Sephora online or in store.

Are you setting your face with a setting powder and or a setting spray? I set my face with a powder and then urban decays setting spray and my makeup stays on all day and doesn't look oily

You mentioned Lakme as one of the brands.. I guess you are in India or may a neighbouring country ( may b am wrong) but mentioned this coz if you are in India and looking for a good drugstore brand coz of availability issue then Colobar is the one which I can recommend. The colorbar bb cream is what am using now a days in this extremely hot climate along with their compact and primer. My skin is not very oily but I have a oily t zone. It stays for a good 6-7 hours without looking dull :)
