I can only do coverup eyeliner mascara and I don't think I do that stuff right

Practice makes perfect! Don't try and take on too much at one time if you are learning new things. Do you have a store near you that do makeovers? If so you can ask for simple tutorials on some products:)

With makeup, practice is definitely key. But if you want some tips on eyeliner... You can start off by doing the tape method , the key to that is to make sure that your tape is even on both side. Also get yourself a good angled brush and a good makeup remover and if you mess up with your liner just clean up with your brush :)
Remember to just have fun with makeup!
