I'm applying for a job in Marbella, a party city. its an interview for a cocktail waitress job, so serving drinks to VIP tables at a club. Background on the club: has lots of wealthy people coming in and its connected to a hotel.

You should always look professional for an interview no matter what the job/position is. Dress pants or pencil skirt with a nice blouse/top. NO JEANS. A nice dress is also a good option (not a party or sundress).
Heels or flats, NO sneakers.
Hair curled/straightened or in a sleek bun/ponytail.
Keep the makeup simple be natural.

I have been doing the cocktail waitress for a long time. I would wear a pair of darktrousers instead of a pencil skirt (make sure they're not skinny) with a white shirt or blouse. Do not put on too much makeup or too much jewels. Keep your hair in a ponytail or in a bun. I'd suggest to avoid dresses, you'd look more like a client than like a waitress. In a few words, dress and act like you have already been chosen for the job. The interviewer will be more likely to give you the job you want. And don't remember to smile, that's the first thing when you are a waitress. Good luck 😘
