So I'm performing at my schools coffee house but I don't want to looked too dressed up but they want us to get all nice and formal looking
But I want to look laid back but "high fashion"

- in summary: I wanna look casual formal but make look high fashion/dressed up... Make sense??

I'm not sure what look you're going for but I always pair a contemporary blazer, white button up, and ankle boots. It's very modern yet quite formal

I know what you're saying like you want to slay but look like you didn't try, for me nice heals and either dark wash jeans or a nice pair of fitted black pants with a nice top or a blazer is good. The key is accessories, adds a nice necklace or bracelet and do you're hair nicely and wear nice makeup
