I'm not very good at eye makeup but I can tell that you need a nude palette and also a black eyeshadow and some makeup glitter, don't know if it's loose glitter or not but I have a glitter eyeliner by nyx that has a gel like glue mixed in with the glitter

Start with a primer then a milky base shade, start by shading the crease in with a brown/taupe shade. next sweep a golden colour (no glitter yet) onto the lid, redo the crease slightly if needed. then take the black shade and pat it onto the outer v with a flat brush, choose the same taupe shade to be the in between colour and the blending shade. once everything is blended in, choose a glitter gold and go over the plain gold you could I suppose use actual glitter with a clear glue. beld the lid colour together a little more then add the linr and lashes, they look like full impact lashes to me. this is a very basic method but hope it helped, looks like it could be achieved with the naked2 palette. it is a very beautiful look. you could try youtube also xxx
