I recently cut 10 inches off my hair, and I regret it deeply. I want my hair back to normal as soon as possible! Does anyone know any hair growth tips?

There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics however there are things you can do to help your hair grow to its fullest potential.
-use sulphate free shampoos
-use a hair mask at least once a week
-don't brush hair when wet
-use as little heat as possible
-use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

Exactly what Alexis said! And also I found that gently messaging your scalp helps promote blood flow!

The biggest thing that worked for me was NO HEAT what's-so-ever.

I was going to mention coconut oil, like Jewel said. It is AMAZING for your hair. You can use it as a deep conditioner and then shower like usual or you can use it after you get out of the shower on wet hair. If you choose to use it when you get out of the shower, you should only use a little bit. It literally melts in your hand, and a little go a long way! Apply it to the ends and then brush through with a wide tooth comb. This will help tremendously with breakage, which in turn will keep your hair growing long.

Massage any oil preferably coconut oil facing downwards on the ground this will rush your blood in the head area and the roots will absorb it effectively.
Don't think too much or measure everytime you look into the mirror, distract yourself and after few months you will see the results.
