Are you struggling with hair fall or just thin hair? This shampoo seems to help adressing the first issue but not the other. Also, take into consideration that the thickness of your hair is related to your genes. Does your mom or dad have fine hair? If so, there's not much you can do about it.

Try to keep it healthy and make sure you are having enough vitamins with a balanced diet (everything starts from the inside). Also you can get a layers or any other haircut that helps with volume :) and avoid hairstyles that are too tight (sleek ponytail or a tight french braid)

Hi, I have used this shampoo. Himalaya is a trusted Indian brand. It didn't work very well for me but it worked fine for my sister. So it really depends on person to person.
As Lara said everything starts from within. Take a balanced and complete diet. If you are looking for herbal products then you can also try the anti hair fall shampoo from biotique.
