So my problem is my face is super dry I use makeup forever hd and it goes flakey under my eyes and my between my eyebrows in my t zone also on the side of my nose. I wanted to see if the the new foundation dream velvet by Revlon would do the same thing it does say its hydrating.

Are you moisturizing before applying your base?

For under the eyes, invest in a very good eye cream especially a night time formula. For between the eyebrows and on the sides of the nose, I suggest you exfoliate your face with a soft towel or cloth towards the end of a warm shower in gentle circular motions and make sure to moisturize very well after this. Also the dream velvet foundation by maybelline is not ideal for dry skin types as it is thicker and will more likely sit on the skin (dry patches in particular) instead of blending into it. If you prefer the more natural satin matte finish, I recommend the fit me matte and poreless with a damp sponge and a good moisturizer underneath. It provides a very natural skin like finish and I can even make it a dewy finish with a few spritzes of a higher glycerin content fixing spray like the hard candy primer spray or mac fix plus. Try not to powder or add any more products like concealer around the nose area and the area between your eyes. Hope this helps:)

Of course I moisturize all the time its just the way my skin is.

Twinnedix has an amazing exfoliater. I use it on my clients with dry patches. Kevyn Aucoin has a foundation great for dry skin; it's very fluid and has a gorgeous finish.

I would suggest exfoliating, and then before applying foundation apply a moisturiser or a tinted daycream, I hope this helps! :))
