My foundation doesn't go dewy🙄

I have extremely oily skin but my foundation NEVER goes dewy. I apply it to my face and it always looks matte/cakey before it goes oily throughout the day. I've just got the Loreal True Match Foundation today which is supposed to be dewy but it's still going matte. What shall I do? ðŸ’•

What primer are you using, how are you applying the foundation, and what are you setting with?

I don't use a primer because I have ran out,I apply it with a Real Techniques brush and set with MUA setting spray which is rubbish. I'm looking to buy primers and other products to help next week,any suggestions?
