so a while back I invested in some pigments from mac that are gorgeous!! but the problem is, that I shoulda thought about is.. I have no idea how to use them! I've tried using eye drops and mixing it with the pigments but it just doesn't work for me, the consistency isn't that great. does anyone have any suggestions?! the only thing I've used my pigments for so far is for nail art, its cool but I definitely wanna get makeup usage out of them. help!!

I pat them on my eyelid over my eye shadow with a flat brush and sometimes I use my LA Splash base coat over my eyelid them apply pigments.I also damp my brush first.
