Gold and champagne colors would be best for your skin tone and eye color. It makes your eyes pop.

If you're looking for mascara, you might wanna go with brown instead of black. It'll look less harsh and stark with your blonde hair. If you want a little color for your lips, try a tinted lip balm or a lip stain (Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains are wonderful) in a light rosy color. There are lots of great videos on YouTube or right here on Beautylish that you can watch if you need tips on application. Since you're still pretty young and you said you wanted a natural look, I wouldn't go too crazy with products at first. Just ease yourself into it and go with what you're comfortable wearing.
