How Do You Apply Makeup To Sagging Eyelids?

I have hooded eyelids and to make matters worse, my right eye sags much more than the left. My self-conscious side thinks it looks like I have had a stroke on the right side. So, is there a way I can apply my makeup to compensate for this without it looking obvious?
