Dewy Skin Without Makeup?

Is thier away besides moisturizing (because i already do that) to get dewy skin without makeup? When i say makeup i mean tinted moisturizers bb creams and foundation. Im ok with powders or primers. Help?

Try BareMinerals Mineral Veil if you're into powders. I have the uhhh hydrating version, which is actually quite nice. It (or a similar product) will give you the optical illusion you're looking for.
