I'm trying so hard to workout but I don't have no idea to start in need of a good workout plan.!!!!!

3 to 5 times a week cardio ( running or anything that gets blood pumping) then 2 x week strength with 10 -12 reps of weight. In my experience its better to just start working out then develop a plan later on. If you start all at once you tend to get discouraged, especially if you miss one day!
