I don't really use any drugstore concealers for blemishes anymore, but I did used to think that the physicians formula concealers covered well even though they were too light for me.

If you're trying to cover acne then I would suggest a higher end concealer such as benefit erase paste. I have yet to find a drug store concealer that comes close to that type of coverage. But I have tried maybelline instant age rewind concealer and I think that's as close as you can get.
