Very, since you have to bleach and keep bleaching when you touchup your roots. Not saying you shouldnt though, just that itll dry out your hair alot.

It is just like any other time you dye your hair. If you do it just make sure you deep condition at least 3x a week if not more! I'm changing my hair color all the time so I do it quite often. :)

It depends if you die your hair alot then yes but if you rarely ever then it's fine but if you do die your hair a lot you might have to wait a little to let your hair heal before bleaching to get it blonde

It wouldnt turn out good because u should never go dark to light.. Start with a lighter shade of brown from your color right now and every so often go lighter till u you get to the blonde shades

Yeah it is just have to keep it in good condition like oily only so ur hair won't dry out
