Music and/or baking. Those two things always make me feel better. Also exercise is good for relieving stress.

Do nice movies in your mind like when you are happy, mabye when its sunny and your feeling calm or when your happy with your friends. Run the movie and notice how great you feel in it then take that nice feeling forward with you throughout the day! it helps me :)

Hey try doing meditation videos on YouTube. They really help also writing down your feelings and thoughts and everything that you're stressed about alleviates a lot of anxiety. You'd be surprised. You could also try doing yoga or getting in a daily walk as that helps stress. And small things like having a soothing cup of tea or watching your favorite movie helps. But I think the best one would be writing everything down because once it's out of your head and on paper it feels like a lot less stressful and a lot easier to control
