What Is A Good Foundation For Bridal Makeup?

I'm doing my aunts makeup for her wedding but we can't figure out a foundation. She wants full coverage and waterproof. She's very pale. I tried MUFE mat velvet but I don't think I'm loving it. Any suggestions?
