This really has to be best stretch mark creams out there. I have some on my stomach that I wasn't so happy about and so I did my research. I talked to someone about this lotion that used it and she said she had great results. So i took a chance and went to Walmart picked up a bottle. It was under 6 dollars, not too bad. You have to apply three times a day. I apply it after my morning shower, sometime in the afternoon then before i go to bed. I'm really not a fan of the smell but it goes away. It smells like a fake chocolate. It's really thick too. Anyways, I've been using it for a week and my stretch marks are already fading. They went from a super dark purple to a pinkish color. I'm so impressed and happy.
I really recommend this for anyone who has stretch marks or if you want to prevent from having them. :)

Also a good thing is Vitamin E oil. It's a little expensive, but if you put it on 2 times a day, your stretch marks will be gone in about a week or two! :)

It's mainly the massage you do when applying the product. Not necessarily the product...

I've never had success with stretch mark creams. My understanding from dermatologists is that they can't make stretch marks go away or even fade (only time can really fade the marks), but it's possible that they could help to prevent future stretch marks by nourishing the skin. I don't think anything has been proven, though. I had friends buy me Bio Oil and Palmer's Cocoa Butter when I was pregnant and I just set them aside.

I have some tiger stripes on my hips and massaging baby oil into them has helped a lot. I think keeping them moisturized is key, along with massaging it like Amrit R. Said. It's torn skin not just a blemish that you can fade away. Moisturizing is so important! Even, certain tribes in isolated areas of the world moisturize on a daily basis using animal oils that come from their latest catch.

You can stimulate the area to speed up the healing and repair but they won't just disappear completely just shrink and fade.
