I agree with Tiffany. But when I make mine matte, I put a tissue over my lips, dab any brush usually the one I use for face powder into translucent powder & push it on my lips through the tissue.

You could use blotting sheets! Idk it was just an idea that popped in my mind idk if it would work though. But you should definitely try it :)
