It depends on the look you are going for. It's my moms favorite but it does not give me enough of a wow factor.

I'm gunna be a damper on this. I don't like this mascara. I have it and I hate it. It's too wet of a formula for me, and when I apply it it gets all over my lid and bottom lash line.
And if you end up poking yourself in the eye with the brush, ouch.
