Although I would recommend a tinted cream and some strategically placed concealer rather than a full coverage foundation.

I second the Makeup Forever HD liquid foundation! I have some acne scarring from my teenage years and a bit of redness on my face just from touching it (I have sensitive skin) and Makeup Forever covers everything up completely. I used to have to use concealer with my foundation before I discovered this holy grail. Now I only use concealer for my under eyes. It's expensive ($40 in Canada) but it's worth the investment.

I third the makeup forever hd liquid foundation and then you can follow it with a creamy foundation or powder.

Makeup Forever Matte Velvet, Dior Dior Air Flash, Clinique Stay Matte, Kat Von D Lock It, Laura Mercier Silk Creme, MAC Studio Sculpt, Less is more with these foundations and remember to use a primer. For you, I would use a mattifying primer or Smashbox Photo Finish Light Primer. Stay away from any silicone based primers. If you need additional coverage, set one of these with a powder. Do not layer different foundations, you will end up looking cakey and fake. It will end up too heavy and will crease. These foundations are amazing and conceal anything. I've concealed the worst acne prone skin with all of them..as welll as facial scars, dark spots, bleached spots, and black eyes.

I had the same problem but I tried MUFE HD foundation and hated it, it made my face oily. If you wanna stay cheaper and FULL coverage try Revlon colorstay whipped foundation. It's literally the best. My lifesaver!

I use Revlon colorstay foundation to get full coverage. It covers redness and most of my acne scars. although you can't get this one at Ulta, Kat Von D Lock it Foundation gives amazing full coverage even if you use it sparingly.
