Crop top help!?

I just got a new crop top. I have a few pairs of high waisted shorts for the summer, but what about for cold Seattle weather? Can I pull it off with jeans? Will it look bad with a tank top? 😁

You posted this twice. Just a heads up one will get deleted. I think it could look good with high waisted pants or a high waisted skirt with tights under. I don't think it would look good with a tank.

It isn't completely warm here either and I wore a black crop top with black leggings (very thick not sheer) & an open long kinda baggy denim chambray shirt.
