I agree Vitamin C is the way to ho. Look for one with ascorbic acid as the active ingredient.

Can't see them in your picture! I use Monsia Skincare and when placing a new order I noticed that they have added 2 new product lines, Skin Lightening Cream and Acne Treatment System. I haven't tried the Skin Lightening Cream yet but I am seriously thinking about it.
