I've seen quite a few people on here (and I know tons of people) ask how to get rid of the bumps on the backs of your arms. I've gotten rid of like 2/3 of mine so I am just sharing how I did it.
When I shower about 2-3 times a week I exfoliate my face with the at Ives apricot scrub (although you could use any scrub) and whatever is left on my hands after scrubbing my face I rub onto the backs of my arms where the bumps are. Once I've dried off after my shower I put on some of the cetaphil moisturising lotion for all skin types. I try and do this most days before bed as well so I can put on a reasonably thick layer so it can soak in overnight. I've been doing this for maybe three weeks now and it's improved heaps. I've tried doing it with normal moisturiser but I didn't get the same results that I did with the cetaphil moisturiser. Also occasionally I use the cetaphil soap bar, maybe once a week.
