So I have been plucking my eyebrows for the last 2 years! I recently messed up and over plucked them!! Any tips on how to fill them in??

I just use a brow pencil and trace the natural line then lightly fill it in.

I would use a thin eyebrow pencil like the anastasia brow wiz or NYX micro brow (dupe) & a powder.

Try avocado oil to help grow them out quicker also!

Vaseline nor any oil will grow out your eyebrows.
vaseline will just clog pores.
