That dresss is absolutely beautiful, I agree to go with neutral eyes and a vampy lip, it will still be eyecatcjing and bright without taking attention away from the beautiful dress. I'd love to see a completed look picture :)

Has the dress arrived yet? Aliexpress can always be a bit dodgy.

I'd go with a black smokey eye with purple smoked out at the bottom lashline rather than black. Nude lips:)
