I'm a licensed esthetician but also take makeup workshops and love doing makeup and I work at a salon where my friend runs it and she's an amazing hairstylist who works with a lot of Brides and special occasions and wanted me to start coming with her to do the makeup. I have a pretty large collection as it is and choices for other skin tones in palettes but I know I need a foundation and concealer palette. What do you ladies think I should get? I was looking into rcma, graftobian or cinema secrets on camera ready cosmetics. Any preferences? Also any other suggestions to build my kit? Brushes, lip palettes, blush palettes, or any other tools? I also need some good eyeliner suggestions. I'm not looking into spending a whole lot of money since my main focus is my Esthetics career but I do know she books a lot of jobs so I'm willing to splurge on the foundation and concealers. Really anything I need in my kit would be appreciated thank you!

I have only tried rcma out of the brands you mentioned. I personally really like it. It's so creamy and easily blends into the skin, and all the colors in one palette make it easy to match multiple skin tones. I have combo dry skin and this foundation does not cling to my dry patches and lasts all day for me when I use a setting powder.

Ben Nye blush palettes are gorgeous!! Super pigmented and long wearing. You can still infuse your esthetics while doing makeup...you do have to prep the clients skin before application of cosmetics. That would be great self-promotion tool right there. And if possible see if you can be included in the consultation stage where you cam discuss the services you specialize in ( that being an esthetician).

I use Graftobian cream foundation in my kit and love it. Super versatile as they can be used as concealer as well and the super palettes have 18 shades so they're perfect for a kit. Also check out LAfemme blushes. They are beyond amazing! Crazy pigmented and so cheap. I got mine at Camera Ready Cosmetics.

Voting RCMA. Super pigmented and I love how I can blend the shades together to make a custom shade.

You should try costal scents palettes they are great, I wouldn't recommend their concealed palettes tho, they crease like crazy :/
