I'm guessing this night go under beauty. Brushing my teeth tonight I got to thinking that 'whitening pastes' just don't cut it. I'm not too concerned to the point where I'd have them whitened professionally, so from experience is there any steps you ladies have taken that actually showed improvement?

I use (once a week) Philips Zoom! Nite White Kit with Moldable trays. It is identical in both product and result to the kit my dentist gave me...only less expensive. I purchase it from Smilemedic on Amazon. If you have sensitive teeth, you need to go easy and gradually introduce product. A little goes a very long way. I have used it for a few years and my dentist remarked how great my pearlies looked at a cleaning..lol Research your seller and read feedback. I also recommend a product test before beginning whitening to check for allergies and such.

Also, for maintenance..once teeth are white..I can go up to 3 months without using it and just alternate between Crest Pro Health and Crest 3D White toothpaste and rinse. You would want to use this as a treatment initially...and then maintain by actively cleaning your teeth and healthy, routine dental care.

Perfect start, thank you ladies. We've been using the 3D whitening for at least two years as tooth paste and I'm not sure I've noticed much difference. I didn't know if the strips worked either so that's great to know!

The strips are amazing! Idk about the other products mentioned or the price but the strips are reasonably priced imo.

I guess I'll look into the strips then. Sometimes the Sunday paper has coupons for it :)
