Help!! Cracking under eye concealer.

I have the Nars radiant creamy concealer and it cracks on me all the time. Even when I set it with powder. I've moisturized my under eye area because I've heard that it helps but yet nothing helps. Any suggestions on what to do to stop it from cracking!
