I think yes. Sally Hansen has great products. Personally I always use coconut oil on my cuticles but I can imagine that this is working (even) better. I would just go for it. Even if it doesn't work, it is only 5 bucks so not that big of a loss right?

Using olive or coconut oil works fine!you can make your own too by mixing different oils adding vit E.Most cuticle oils they sell in the tire are mostly mineral oil and are overpriced
