I wouldn't. I'm from US and was always taught to keep the makeup VERY simple and no statement necklaces or any bold jewelry. I would sick with dress pants, flats, and a nice shirt!

Agreed. Never wear jeans to an interview. Wear some sort of shoe that is business appropriate. For women that tends to be closed toed shoes, be it short heels, not stilettos, or flats. Then dress pants (slacks), or a nice long ( knee length no shorter) skirt. You have the option to wear a business appropriate dress. However, it is less common nowadays. I would wear a nice blouse and slacks and flats. Wear neutral natural makeup and keep it looking fresh and simple. If you opt for the skirt or dress you must have on hose or tights. It's simply inappropriate in that environment. No bold jewelry, including earrings and necklaces. Keep it simple. Nothing bold.
