So I have an interview next week for a Psychology course and am struggling on what to wear on top. I have my trousers picked out and need to try and find a blouse/top that will go with a dark navy/blue blazer. Below will be a photo of the blazer incase you need it. Suggestions for a top is appreciated and also any other beauty tips and just general advice as I have never ever done an interview before so I am fairly nervous.

Thanks!

No flash. Sorry that the photos aren't that great, but hopefully my question can still be answered. I must also add that the blazer does have some areas of different shades of deep blue/black, the picture is how it looks and not just picking up strange lighting.

I would wear a white or black blouse or tank top, just as long as the tank properly covers your chest.

Wear heels or flats. No sneakers, wedges, or sandals.

Keep the makeup simple and natural.

Hair straightened or curled (whatever you prefer) or in a sleek bun/ponytail.

Thank you Alexis :) I am going to be flats and going to keep makeup simple like you said, a little concealer and a light natural eyeshadow with mascara and lip balm and lastly for hair, I plan to simply straighten it as I am not great at doing hair and am bad to constantly playing with it which wouldn't be good in an interview so I am trying to keep it as I usually do. Thanks for your help!

You're welcome! Good luck! You'll do great! (:

@Alexis C why wouldn't you wear wedges to an interview? I am just wondering because I have an interview coming up and I was considering an outfit with them.

Wedges aren't considered professional. You should always look professional when going to an interview, regardless of what's it for, so go for proper heels or flats (:
