Is it ok to sleep with a face mask on? I heard it is really good for large pores and blackheads but I don't want to leave it on for too long and have it irritate my face. For reference, I would use the Origins Charcoal Mask.

The Origins Active Charcoal Mask should only be left on for 10 minutes to get the best results from it, that's what the lady at the Origins counter told me and it really works (:

Don't sleep with face masks on sometimes it will end up fine but you could also end up breaking out.

I'd just follow the instructions as some face masks are very drying or might cause a skin reaction if left on for a lot longer than recommended. If you need an overnight mask, you might want to try a "sleeping pack". Korean brands like Laneige and Sulwhasoo have them. :)

Unless the mask specifically states otherwise, I wouldn't risk it.
You may be interrupting with cell turn over/renewal by doing so.
