-Kat Von D Tattoo Liquid Eyeliner (Stila's is similar but I prefer KVD because it gives a matte finish vs Stila's shiny look)
-Any Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes
-Any Too Faced eyeshadow palette

I would splurge on high end products because you can't just go out and buy them everyday (at least I can't lol)
some to try:
• any naked palette from urban decay (depending on preferences and eye color)
• tarte blushes and lip/cheek tints
• nars creamy radiance concealer
• benefit box blushes/bronzers
• too faced palettes and chocolate bronzer
just basically anything. you could also check out some drugstore favorites

I would get the nars audacious lipsticks (my favorites 😊) I've been getting a lot of use out of my kvd monarch palette also the kat von d liquid lipsticks, if your able to find your color the ysl fusion ink foundation.
