(and it is great for removing eye make up or a drop to keep flyaway hair in check. I also add a bit to my coconut oil, sugar and vanilla body scrub.)

I used to use it on my face but my face is already pretty oily so it wasn't a good match. Now I use it to remove makeup.

Almond oil is supposed to be excellent for the face - especially the eye area - as it is not as pore clogging as other oils such as olive or coconut.
You can do the oil cleansing method using almond oil if you have oily skin. Try 1 part castor oil with 2 parts almond - or do 50%of each/ That should help your skin to retain a balance in the oils it produces as well as unclogging pores.
Research the oil cleansing method if you haven't heard about it - it really works
Finally, make sure any oil that you use for your face is : PURE (NOT DILUTED) Unrefined and cold pressed if applicable. The face is sensitive and putting any old almond oil on it (or castor oil) is not going to yield the results you are looking for
