My skin been so dry and I tried the hydrogel from Neutrogena but seems like it doesn't help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I agree with JM argan oil. I use it all the time. From Shiseido, I opted for a cheaper moisturizer w/c Origins. It does helps my dry skin. I love it.

Oh sorry I put a wrong pic. It's my eye cream and yes it does moisturize under eyes too. Lol. But here is the face moisturizer.

Oil is great for sealing in moisture, but if dryness is issue..science tells us moisture must be present/added before it can be sealed in. Argan is indeed fantastic, but to restore moisture rather than simply seal, Jojoba oil is certainly a fantastic option as it mimics the oil your own skin naturally produces. Lightweight and quick absorbing, it is hard to beat. Argan is fabulous when routinely paired with a cream. :)

Pure argan oil is beautiful - you have to do research to find a really good pure one though - some are fake.

Pure shea butter is good
