I generally have hard time looking for a simple look for everyday that is beautiful as well as something that lasts all day. I'm trying to steer away from darker colors, to find my 'natural beauty' so to say. Any suggestions? I need help :o

Warm colors! Nudes, golds, etc always look more natural. UD Naked palette or even coastal scents have great options. And you can never go wrong with a nude lip :)

Well if you have the naked palettes or any neutral palettes/colors, stick with the champagne, peachy, light browns, you can get that to stay with primer. Also for face makeup, prime your face and add your makeup. Use a setting spray to make it last (MAC and Urban Decay have good setting sprays). Find a long wear blush (Benefit's Cha Cha tint and posietint are really good and natural looking). And for extra maintenance, add a translucent powder if you have oily skin and it starts coming through during the day. Hope this helps :)

You can never go wrong with a natural gold!! I apply a gold shadow on the lid (I highly recommend a cream eyeshadow for an everyday look) and then blend a matte tan or brown into the crease. Another easy look is use a taupe/tan color in the lid, and use a dusty-rose pink on the crease! Finish both off with your normal mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss, etc!

Laura Mercier cake liners to naturally define the waterline have changed my makeup life. You have a lot of lid, I would find a shadow that had a sheer shimmer instead of an opaque shimmer. I would look into Stila.

I would stick to mostly matte shades with maybe a shimmery highlight color on the middle of the lid, tear duct and brow bone. Mattes look the most neutral and stay very well! Tarte makes amazing mattes. Inglot is famous for their matte textures. Also go for a simple winged liner or a soft smoked line. Milani LiquifEyes are extremely smudge resistant but not waterproof. It's great for the upper lashline. Also set your primer or base with a skintone or matching shadow, then apply the shadows you want for your look. It makes everything extra budge proof. Hope that helps!

As far as it staying all day, that depends on the products you use, primers/setting sprays/etc. You have to make it work.
