From oily to dry skin.

I've recently been taking a prescribed pill for acne that works REALLY well except I've noticed an increase in my dryness on my face. Not necessarily dry patches, but I used to have oily skin and now I have more normal/dry skin.
Other than foundation is there any way I can find new makeup products that will "flatter" my dry skin better? (Setting sprays blushes with skimmer etc.)
