I need help with my nails!!

Hey girls,so I have this problem with my nails.
Whenever you put nailpoish on I have some bumps on them.
I switched brands and all but I still have them.
Any idea why I have them? And more importantly,what can I do to not have them.
I like my nails smooth ya know?;)
So thank you for anyone who can help me.

Depends if it's the nail polish or your nails causing the problem. If it's the nailpolish,try rolling the bottle in between your hands before applying it instead of shaking bc that causes bubbles when you apply it. If it's your nails,I would recommend buying a nail buffer to lightly buff the surface of your nail making it reallyyyy nice and smooth,hope this helps:)

I just put a coat of nailpoish,instead of shaking I rubbed and I didn't blow on my nails and it's perfect now!! Ahh thanks :)
