H? ladies! I live in Turkey and most of the makeup products here are imported from other countries. But sometimes the prices go really high than it should be. I was wondering could it be better ordering them abroad and online? can you tell me about pricing in your countries?

How expensive are you talking? Drugstore makeup in Australia is expensive too. I know how you feel haha.

Yeah drugstore makeup in Denmark is ekspensive as well. Like double the prices in USA. If you want to buy online make sure to get to know your countys rules about importing makeup on you own. In denmark we can only buy 10$ worth of products before we have to pay import taxes (which is so high we might as well buy the products we have).

I read about the rules and I talked with relatives abroad, they said they can bring what I need and because it's for personal use it wouldn't be a problem.
Shaye, usually it's twice what I'm expecting. (with currency stuff and taxes)

Yeah same here in Peru -.- It makes no sense like they are selling drugstore stuff as if it were high end... I've ordered Tarte from Ebay and it worked really well, it was new and cheap.

In america the most expensive products for these brands go like this..
wet n wild is mostly $2-8
the most expensive revlon product I've seen was like 12 dollars.
maybellines most expensive product is 15 dollars.
elf products are always less than 8 dollars
loreal has some stuff thats around 15$
if you really are spending significantly more than this, and this is the pricest items I've seen from each brand, I would stick with whatever it is you have in your country. unless you absolutley love or must have the product.
also these are their most expensive items. everything else is usually significantly less than this.

Thanks Lauren! wet and wild is similar but Revlon is almost more expensive than mac! also they don't import the products I really wanted.

Hm I don't remember exactly but I checked and I paid 39$ total and the retail price was 34$ so that's pretty good to me.
