I Think In Order To Treat It You Should Go To A Dermatologist So You Can Know Exactly What It Is.

Some people have acne way worst then others. Since its Breslin out all over your face you need to go to a dermatologist, to see if you can get medicine for it. In the mean time wash your face morning and night and if you wear makeup don't wear it all day, this will clog your pours. And before you wash your face rinse the makeup off. This allow you too have a clear surface to wash your face with.

I agree that a derm is in order here. Until then, look for a wash with salicylic acid or tea tree oil and counter it with gentle Cetaphil or CeraVe lotion. Always test patch. Keeping a food journal may help identify if you are experiencing allergy triggers. Use only a 100% cotton pullowcase, changed every 3rd day and keep hair up and off of your face to avoid abrasive acne/irritation. I'm surprised your folks have not addressed this issue, but in any event, it is time to ask for professional help. Best of luck to you.

Just continue your regular skincare routine, don't start anything new. Your dermatologist will ask what you're using when you go so just stick to your usual things so they can better determine what does and doesn't work for you.

I had skin like this so I went to a dermatologist and they gave me an antibacterial cream that worked wonders on my skin - almost completely clear now!
