I've had an olaplex and it worked great! It really helped repair damage.

I like redken extreme length primer treatment. For shine I like bumble and bumble invisible hair dressers oil and matrix Egyptian Hibiscus oil.

Olaplex isnt going to help your hair. It used in dye to prevent damage. it's not used as a treatment for your hair and it's a professional product and you need a license for it.

The redken product has protein and the two oils (I don't use both at the same time I just like both equally) don't weigh my hair down at all. I also like to use a few drops of the matrix oil in my conditioner sometimes and it leaves it softer and healthy looking.

Olaplex is great to repair hair and protect hair after and during color treatment but if your hair isn't damaged it won't really do what you want it to do... when was the last time you colored it?
I know you can probably find it online but I love the pravana silk degrees shine treatment it works amazing I use it a lot on myself and my clients

Hi Shannie! Olaplex is not the same as a conditioning treatment or Niophlex. After the launch of Olaplex, there have been a minimum of 30 other products in recent months claiming to do the same thing. As a company, we do not speak down of others. However, we encourage side by side testing. In addition, most products contain oils, silicones, polymers and proteins, none of which would build or repair bonds in the hair as these ingredients have been available for years. If doing side by sides, we encourage you to do them on swatches and push the limits. Anything oil or silicone based will be washed away after a few shampoos.
When using No3 you are able to repair as we do in the salon. You may leave it on for up to 30 mins for more benefit for compromised hair.
Be careful with Oils for damaged hair. Cream based is more highly recommended, due to if not properly shampooed out, oils can build up and create a barrier, causing even more lack of moisture.
