Hey everybody! So I'm going with one of my friends to a dance tonight at her school, and her school is involved with the navy, not sure exactly how it works! They have days where they have inspections and everything, so even though the dance is semi formal, it feels like a big deal to me! Anyway, it's being held at this awesome little hall, and the theme is black and white. I'm wearing a white, pretty tight body con dress with a square neckline in the front and back. I am also wearing black heels and a silver statement necklace. I'm going to be honest, I'm really not all that good at makeup... I can't do eyeshadow to save my life! I want a classic, simple makeup look that will still look bomb! I will post a pic later of my dress, shoes and necklace if that helps. Thank you so much!

I think a picture would help! but I think a silver color on your base would be good, with a bit of black smoked out. for the black, just take it on a small blending brush & put in on your crease with your eyes closed, & then open your eyes & run the brush back and forth. that's the easiest way I can think of doing it, sorry if it's complicated. but for face, since it's semi-formal, I would do foundation, concealer, powder, a little bit of blush, and just a tad bit of bronzer if you want. for lips, I would do something light since your eyes are going to pop. maybe a light red? I'm not the best with lipstick, I know that a girl here named Les N would help you a lot with this!! have fun at the dance! AND TRY OUT THE MAKEUP BEFORE YOU GO TO THE DANCE. don't just do it for the first time while you're getting ready for the dance.
