What makeup do you keep in your purse?

So I recently got this bag I've been wanting for a while but it is tiny!! when transferring my stuff I found that I couldn't store nearly as much as I had hoped so I had to veto a lot of my stuff including my freshen-up make up & lotions n etc. I know I don't need 8 different lipsticks... But I simply feel insecure without having some foundation powder, mascara, nude eyeshadow in my bag. So what do you carry with you every day n what are your bare minimums. Thanks.

I usually carry my foundation and powder with a brush if I need any touch ups. if I'm going out somewhere at night then I'll throw in a lipstick. I find I never need to reapply eye makeup but sometimes my foundation will look slightly oily throughout the day which will require a touch up.

I hate carring around a big bag so I keep the absolute minimun of make up on me every day. I alway have my compact powder so I can touch up throughout the day and what ever lipstick or lipgloss I'm wering I will bring as well and a lipbalm.

I have very little problem with my makeup fading away during the day so I don't feel I need to bring much. I do have some problems with my undereyes, either they crease and look cakey or the product fades - so I do need my compact to deal with that.

My purse is little, so I usually have a mini vs lotion, Chapstick, whatever lip color I'm wearing that day, and my eyeliner to touch up on the waterline. Oh, and my powder compact sometimes, mainly for the mirror haha.

Makeup items: concealer,translucent powder,and a lip product (lipliner and chapstick usualy). I never touch up the eyes,even if they get smudged I just erase that part and blend everything with my finger,and it still looks nice somehow
Also I usualy have some baby alcohol free wipes and a deodorant to freshen up,and a bepanthen cream if I get some iritations anywhere,cause I'm so sensitive and prone to rashes and allergies

It more like what I keep in my Igloo cooler. I'm in FL and today for example the high was 101 at peak time. And the humidity... :/. So I keep a small Igloo in my car loaded down with ice and I keep my sunscreen, baby wipes and the lip product (s) of the day all housed in a ziplock bag. I leave my house at 6am and sometimes do not get back until after 7pm. Its a trick my daughter recently taught me because its how she preserves her cream based products when she is on location as a MUA or when she is shopping for makeup all over town and doesn't want to schlep all her packages everywhere she goes just to keep it from melting.

Thank you to everyone that shared! Since I invested into my primer & paid more attention to products for my skin type I do not need my touch-up kit I once needed thought out the day. I guess I can part with my foundation, concealer and powders, highlighter, extra lipstick colors... Cheek color n etc. I'll try my best to go without my comfort blanket lol!! I'm soooo used to having a big ol bag. N like Shelley in FL, here in TX makeup doesn't always have its staying power due to the heat. I'll keep some melt proof in my car. :)

My makeup bag is kinda big and it's kinda been a catch-all for all my mini lipglosses...they actually have come in handy! But other than those, I keep a powder compact, the lipstick of the day, eyeliner for waterline touch ups, and a refreshing spray like Mario Badescu's rose water spray. My purse will also contain a bottle of hand lotion, a mini sunscreen, blotting papers, and a couple tubes of Chapstick.
