If possible could you guys help me like give me some tips or advice to deal with a cold...please please.

Focus on your skincare! Skincare should always come first, even if you're under the weather.

For makeup, if you absolutely have to wear makeup, then do something light. A light foundation, BB, or CC cream, concealer where needed (especially around your nose if it's really red), brows, mascara, a soft blush, light bronzer (if you're looking extra pale), and a tinted lip balm.

My suggestion would be to stay clean! Shower, wash your face, and brush your teeth. You'll feel and look a lot better if your outsides are clean. I am just now getting over an awful cold. I had a lot of congestion. I took mucinex and it helped so much. Also, drink tea with honey for your throat if that's a problem. Get better girl :)
